Marvel Love Story Art

| I was on staff at Marvel, doing proofreading, art corrections, and the like - and they tried to give their staffers freelance work. So, since I thought I was an artist, they gave me two love stories to draw.
To this day, I like the layouts - the ideas - of the art. And I wasn't awful at penciling. But the first story was inked by Jack Abel and looks like a Jack Abel job - while the second was inked by Johnny Romita and looks like a Johnny Romita job. And you can look a whole lot better with those guys helping you out. |
